Rockfish Architects study and champion timeless architectural styles - traditional through modern. Our architectural library is significant and we have a curated section toward waterfront architecture. We focus on enhancing home-life dynamics, the connection to nature, sustainability, and wellness through design. The beauty and functionality of a dwelling are of great importance. Our design process incorporates a combination of hand-drawn sketches and 3D computer modeling to help inspire and engage, as well as, produce the necessary technical plans.

Carol Bandy is an award-winning, licensed architect with 16 years of luxury waterfront residential architectural experience in Annapolis, Maryland. She has worked in architecture for nearly 20 years.
Carol received a Physics degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland.
She is a registered architect in the State of Maryland and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Rockfish Architects is an adopter of the United States National CAD Standards (NCS).
Her great appreciation for urban design, architecture & gardens began on the Philadelphia Main Line in Bryn Mawr during childhood and continues today in beautiful historic Downtown Annapolis.
